Hi Families! Thanks for take the time to read this! My name is Michelle and I'm from Venezuela and I am 29. I am a mom of a 6yo kid. I studied clinical psychology in my country before I moved to the USA; I always liked working with children, meet new cultures, people and languages. I think it is important in every family to have a good education, based on respect and love, as well as having good friends to grow up with. I am a very responsible, lovely nanny with a great sense of humor. I love playing with children, helping them with their needs and learning from them. I value open communication with parents and learning from their family dynamics to help the kids with the day to day routines and transitions. I have experience babysitting newborns, toddlers and scholar kids. I had babysat for families in my Read more home country and families in NYC, I have been a nanny in NYC since 2018, I have worked for sungle families and nanny-shares. I also have experience as a camp counselor, I worked with kids from 3yo to 6-yo, I worked with another counselor in groups of 10 kids. In addition to that I did internships at a school, worked with kids between 6-12 years old, those internships were as a psychologist so my duties were mostly for the investigation process but there was recreational time too. The other internships I made were in a Hospital, at the pediatrician area, I worked with 3 partners and our duties were recreational-therapeutic time with the kids at the hospital.
