I started babysitting while in high school, about 20 years ago, for a family with an infant and a toddler. Today, I have a teenage son and 4 nieces (ages 2-12), all of whom I have cared and babysat for from the time they were born. I have been a nanny for a few of my friends, through out the years, with young children. I volunteered at my son's after school program and summer camp for many years. I absolutely adore children and love the joy and happiness children are able to bring without even trying to do so. My family thinks I am crazy for this but my favorite thing to do is to have all 4 nieces and my son together at the same time doing something fun and just enjoying one another's company.
