I currently work for Bancroft, i work with autistic children 21 and under. I’ve been here for over a year and it is the most rewarding job i have ever had. Before this i was a teacher’s aide at an elementary school with a 3 year old autistic boy. When you work with a child every day you form an incredible bond with them. Because Bancroft has very intense training before starting the job i am CPR and First Aid certified. Along with that i have worked with kids with seizure disorders, muscular dystrophy, and anxiety. When it comes to working with children im a very out going person. Whether it be with an infant or 12 year old, im very enthusiastic and always come to work in a good mood! I promise i will treat your family as my own!
