Hi there! I'm Traci! Of my many interests, my passions have all lead me to realize that the fulfillment that comes with helping others is what I am driven by most. It’s what inspired me to study and receive a degree in Psychology, and then continue my studies in Nursing in the hopes to eventually work in the pediatric field. During my studies I found myself in the service industry for the better half of my young adult life where I have learned a magnitude of skills. One being patience, in ways I never imagined possible. (Managing adults can be very similar to caring for children, who knew?) I’m confident that patience and a willingness to listen can make a tremendous impact. Especially in children, who often have a difficult time expressing their emotions. I loved figuring out what communication methods worked best to ensure they felt heard and safe with me. Connecting with them made just as much of an impact on me as I hope it did for them.
