Rebecca’s Bio
I am an outgoing nanny with a lot to offer any family. I have been working with children in some capacity for at least 15 years. I graduated from undergraduate in 2008 with a major in Spanish and Latin American Studies. I am currently fluent in Spanish, and love teaching little ones Spanish vocabulary and speaking to them in Spanish.
My last nannying job was with a toddler with severe developmental disabilities. Among my many responsibilities, I was expected to attend her physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy appointments and relay any pertinent information to her parents. I was also expected to assist in the carry-over between therapy sessions to insure her progress.
Currently, I nanny part-time for a gifted 2 year old who is going to be starting full-time preschool in October. I also work part-time at an pediatric occupational therapy clinic in Center City and am awaiting admission into occupational therapy graduate programs.
I have been certified as a lifeguard and received CPR and first aide certification in the past.
