I earned my Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from West Chester University and was awarded an Instructional I teaching certificate in grades K-6 for the state of Pennsylvania. During college, I was a part-time nanny for 5 children, an ESL and Reading Instructor tutor as well as a student teacher for Reading Instruction. I did various other jobs such as Lead Teacher for the Eagleview YMCA day camp, a swim instructor for pre-school children at the Springton Lake Middle School pool, and coordinating children's activities as a pool manager and lifeguard at various pools. Upon graduation, I worked as a per diem substitute teacher in grades K-8 for various school districts in both Delaware and Chester counties in PA. I have experience in working in regular, gifted, special education, emotional support and autistic support classrooms.
