I've been caring for children for 13 years. I've had experience with "3 under 3", twins, newborns, teenagers and every age in-between. I enjoy taking the kids on outings a few times a week. I love doing crafts together, especially using paints. I teach independence by having them set & clear the table for meals, put away their own toys, getting their own drinks or snacks and other small things depending on their ages. I try to get everyone outside daily. I believe in positive reinforcement. I strive to always have a fun day while maintaining a sense of routine & structure. I want every child to know they're able to achieve anything. I am looking for full time, long term employment.
