Hi my name is Sierra and I am a recent college graduate(DEC 2019) with a bachelors in early childhood education with an endorsement to teach fourth and fifth grade. Before finishing my last part of school which was student teaching I worked in a preschool classroom that was a part of a school readiness program for one year. My other work experience includes 5 years in a licensed after school program which included grades k-5th as well as a few summer’s when I was a teen as a camp counselor. I have always had a passion for kids and I would say my biggest strengths are organization, structure(consistency), and meeting the social and emotional needs of the children I work with through teaching them, supporting them and giving them the strategies to help themselves.
