I grew up with many younger cousins and siblings. As the oldest I had to help grandma out preparing meals & cleaning up after the children. I started babysitting myself at 15 of course with my mom home, I put my first ad online and with in a few minutes a mother of 3 called who was looking for child care from 6 Am - 6 Pm for the whole summer. You have to know the child your caring for , what do they like to eat, what do they like to play , where do they prefer to relax. I feel communication between a sitter and the child is very important.
