I am a 37 year old, happily married mother of two beautiful girls, ages 7 and 12. My college career took a hault when I had Marley at age 25. I decided not to go back to school for film and broadcasting and instead pursued a career in health and wellness. However, after becoming NASM certified I realized shortly after I want to specialize in keeping our youth healthy. I love helping people, but mostly I love helping kids. There is just this special connection I have with kids and loving and nurturing them and giving them every opportunity I can is what makes me happiest. Teaching our kids to lead a healthy lifestyle young is at the top of the list in our home.
