I have been a babysitter and nanny for almost 7 years now. I have worked both part time and full time hours over those 7 years. In the past I have been CPR certified. My certification has since expired, but would be will to get certified again for any family that would like me to. I have two background checks from 2014 that I did so that I could volunteer to help with a VBS. I first started babysitting when I was 14 because it was something I could do while still in HS. I ended up falling in love with it and the children I have watched. I'm a good nanny because I am detail orientated and a little OCD. Unless there is something I need to do for the child(ren) I'm currently watching, I always try to clean up after myself and the children before the parents come Read more home. I know that the last thing a parent wants to come home to is a mess. I also like doing engaging activities with the children I watch instead of letting them watch TV all day. But I am willing to do whatever the parents want me to do in relation to activities.
