For the last three years, I’ve been employeed as a private home executive chef and manager for a large family in Newport RI. I prepared breakfast lunch and dinner for 20 people each meal, including the baby from 6mo-3years old. The mother of that child would frequently have friends over, and I would be preparing meals for the parents and all the kids from ages 2-15. I have a passion for cooking, and taking care of others. I've recently learned, cooking for a wealthy family is not something I want todo. I’m in a transition period of my life where I’m hoping to complete my next levels of education. For example: child care, nutrition, hospitality management, wine certifications and leadership. I love children, of all ages. My whole life has been filled with work, regarding food, wine, service and taking care of others.
