I love children! I have been an active babysitter throughout my life, and have been a camp counselor for children ages 8-18 for four years. The camp was a sleep away so I have had to deal with everything from homesickness to cuts and scrapes. I am first aid certified, so any scratch will be handled properly. I am also very good with small children. I enjoy having a good time with kids, and making sure that they are safe is another thing that is also very important to me. I really feel like the experience with the babysitter is one that should not be overlooked. They need to be cool, but also willing to help out the parents with whatever needed. It is important to me that while the parents are gone that the kids have a good experience, but also remain in control while you are out. I Read more love having fun with the kids, whether it be playing with play dough, action figures, or coloring books, all these are right up my ally. I also love when the kids get to learn and use their imaginations it makes the experience so much better. While parents are gone it is very important that the kids not only follows the rules given, but have a great time and stay out of trouble.
