Professional nanny with over a decade of childcare. Mature college educated, career minded woman looking to grow with a family. I do not consider caring for a child just a job. It should be regarded as one of the most important and rewarding careers. I have a lengthy list of references both professional and personal in the fields of housekeeping and childcare. Although I have never worked for an agency, I have always found my positions through referral. I am discreet with my previous employers and will only release their information upon a second interview. I had a live in position for almost 5 years with a family (note-this position is dated but relevant) where I was not only the caretaker, but the household manager as well. My appearance is neat. I value myself on being a role model for children. I do not have any of the following; tattoos, Read more body or facial piercing, outlandish hair/nails, heavy application of makeup, perfume or jewelry. I speak fluent English, not Amercian as Palin might say. East Coast has always been my home, born and raised; I own my home here in RI. My two vehicles are registered and insured in my name and are both newer models; 2012, 2013. They are both safe and reliable. My passport is readily available for travel and I have been to many countries including Canada, Mexico, Ireland, Portugal, Spain, France, Italy, Greece, Egypt, United Emerites , Venezula and almost all of the Caribbean Islands.
