Hi there! My name is Sarah, I'm a 26 year old single mother with a 6 year old child. I was raised in a very large family so child care comes naturally to me. I love children and am a firm believer that childhood should be a magical and stress-free experience for children. I have also helped my sister whom lives in Boston, nanny for her two children until she found someone close by. I worked at a local state run day care as a front office worker and infant teacher but the schedule was too conflicting due to my 6 year olds schooling schedule. I'm big on education, I love teaching , arts & crafts , music. I remember working full time and looking for care for my daughter when she was 11 months old and it was terrifying. My main focus is to put your mind at ease Read more and make it so that you know your child is safe and being well cared for. (The only maybe conflict in my schedule would be during the summer my daughter will be accompanying me on the job. Although that would stop in September and it would just be me dropping my daughter off at school and picking her up and having her with me after school hours.) She is an absolute joy and so funny. She's great with other kids , loves teaching and learning and just helping. She recently won star student at her schools honor ceremony. I have a great driving record, and know CPR and the Heimlich remover but am not certified. I made it a point to learn them once I had my daughter and worked at a day care. To add my daughter was also an extremely cranky bed time baby, and i've worked in an infant room at a daycare; crying, whining , kicking , screaming none of that bothers me. I have a great understanding that children and babies are so innocent and need constant patience from adults. I hope that we can meet and I'm given the opportunity to care for your little one (s).
