Hello ! My name is Jada and I am a very positive, caring, and loving person.I am a well experienced baby sitter. This will be my forth official year where I have been baby sitting for families out side of my actual family. I have worked with all ages starting from newborns to 11 years of age. I’ve worked with many kids and I am experienced to those with special needs. Caring for kids, I try my best to avoid mishaps. So I always come prepared with a list of questions to ask to assure every thing goes smooth. I do help prepare food as well as help do light house work so I would like to avoid any allergic reactions or other sickness. I always try to see what the child is interested in before hand so I can always include what they like as well as introducing them to new things. My list of activities include board games , arts and crafts, reading , taking them to the park, playing Just Dance, going outside to play sports and movie nights. I love kids and plan to work with them in some kind of way through out my life. I get a long with every child I interact with and every child that has been under my care has loved me. I am 19 years old and will be 20 in June. Being around children is what I’ve always done best. I have a 10 month old myself and he is the light of my life. Hello there, My name is Maria Guevara. I have been in the child care field for about 6-7 years . I started out as a nanny for about a year and a half with baby L, when he was 3 months old. I learned so much from both the experience and the parents. We worked well as a team which caused a great work environment. I ended up moving away from there area so that led me to have little change in the work field . I continued working with children by entering the private preschool facility. I enjoyed that because there was a lot of movement through out the day and I got to have connection with the kiddos. That’s where I learned much more; lesson planning, creating age appropriate activities, creating safe spaces for the children and the list goes on. But as time progressed I realized I enjoy a more one on one child - teacher interaction so I went back to nannying for a set of twins which I loved! They were 5 months when I began with them. It was such a fun experience to see them grow and learn off of each other and grasp what I taught them. We had a schedule that me and mom agreed on. We read books in Spanish,English and ASL. We did lots of themed art! Then eventually did sensory activities which were lots of fun! Sadly, they moved away! So, now I’m looking for a full time position as I will be moving to the Miami Florida area at the middle of August. I’m looking for a family I can create a bond with a become a help for them as well.
