Hello! My name is Allison, I'm 22 years old, and I absolutely love having the opportunity to assist in caring for little ones. I have multiple years of experience specifically in caring for babies 0-24 months. I worked in the hospital as a newborn hearing screener for 2 years. This gave me a huge amount of experience with newborns and their families. I've grown up babysitting and helping my mother as she nannied infants as well. I can't put an exact number on my experience as I have not consistently been nannying/babysitting for a certain amount of time.
