After moving to Colorado from South Carolina in 2014, I found an amazing job at My Gym Children's Fitness Center. There I began intructing classes to children ranging from 6 month's to 6 years old. Our program encompassed play, storytelling, gymnastics, and sports to educate children in physical development. I fell in love with teaching and the community of families that came there. I knew I wanted to keep growing as an educator, so in April of 2016 I began working at Primrose School at Colorado Station. By the fall, I completed my certification classes and have been the lead preschool teacher since then. With a class of 20 three year old students, I guide them in a variety of activities from science to art. I enjoy being creative and finding different outlets to really make an educational experience click for a child. Most of all, I love having fun!
