Hi! My name is Kristan and my husband and I recently relocated to Georgetown from Maine! I have 25 years of experience working with children and raising three of my own. I have been a childcare provider in a daycare setting (5yrs), preschool (7yrs ), and at the elementary level(6yrs). When my own children were young, I babysat other children in my home as well. I feel my experience makes me a great choice for a sitter. I plan activities that are developmentally appropriate, engaging and fun! I like routines but don't get overwhelmed if things get hectic. I have always loved working with kids, especially babies- grade 3! I'm responsible, kind and hard working.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Kristan! She watched our daughter on two consecutive nights while we were attending wedding festivities. She arrived exactly on time and within minutes had my daughter playing happily with her so we could continue to get ready. This is no easy feat as my daughter is wary of new people. Kristan handled play time, dinner, and putting our daughter to bed with ease. Kristan clearly has extensive childcare experience and its obvious this is a passion, not just a profession. She was responsible, easy to work with, and kind. We wish she lived in our home town!
