I'm a very energetic mother of 8 grown children (includes one set of twins), a grandmother of 14 and a loving, caring roommate to two German Shepherds and a Congo African Gray parrot. I nannied 4 1/2 years for the family who's been quoted above. Their identical twin girls had just turned one and their older brother 3 when I started. I helped potty train, taught them proper speech and manners, how to dress themselves, keep their rooms tidy, make their beds, and proper table manners. I prepared all 3 meals and did kids laundry. They all started school in August. I've also nannied for 3 other families with newborns to 3-year-olds. I've worked with Missionaries of the Poor in the slums of Kingston, Jamaica caring for special needs children, adults and the elderly and have cared for the elderly and special needs adults here in South Carolina. I was also a licensed realtor for 18 years in Ma, RI and CT. I am willing to do light housekeeping, help with laundry, meal preparation, am CPR certified and comfortable with pets.
