Children are my passion; so much so that I made a career out of caring for them. I started out with an in-home day care center when my own children were young. Over the next 15 years, I continuously cared for many children ranging in ages from 6 weeks to 12 years old - including twins. When my children started high school I began working as a live out nanny for a family that started with two children ages 1 and 3. I continued to care for this family for the next 8 1/2 years as it grew to three children now 7, 9 and 11. The care I provided included: Morning routine, meals and snack prep, transportation to and from school/activities/appointments, homework guidance, sleep schedules, bathing and toileting, organizing play dates/activities and providing a safe, clean, fun and loving environment for the kids to grow and learn.
