I am a single mom looking for work. I have a Bachelors degree in Interior Design from BJU. I have been an executive assistant for 16 years and cannot currently find work in my field since having a baby. I have a 3-yr-old daughter who I care for full time. It would be ideal if I could bring her with me to play with another little one, but she can go to daycare if the hours + pay work out. I come from a large missionary family of 10. I babysat a lot growing up for our family and in church nurseries and for other church families. At my parents church, I assisted with VBS (Vacation Bible School), Patch the Pirate Club, Christmas plays and taught Sunday School. I also took a college class for Early Childhood Development as an elective & had to volunteer at the CDC (Child Dev Read more Ctr) on campus for one semester. I have never touched a drop of alcohol, cigarettes or drugs. Sorry, if you smoke, I cannot work for you. I am not certified, I am just looking for something in lieu of other work right now.
