Growing up I have always been “Big Sister”- even if we weren’t related. I am the middle child of four and being the only girl made me “mini mom.” Stepping up and managing my siblings and occasionally cousins gave me quite the training opportunity to be equipped and ready for whatever comes my way. I have 4 years experience and am currently working at a daycare. My schedule is semi flexible, but having a schedule in advance is best.
