WORK HISTORY Aug 2009 to May 2012 Branch Manager/Three Affiliated Tribes Boys and Girls Club New Town, ND I was responsible for maintaining, recruiting new applicants and members. I also mentored and trained staff. Supervised, motivated, and monitored team performance. Set goals/targets. Maintained detailed documentation of the clubs progress. Progress development, identified new business opportunities, and developed new work strategies and incentives for active members. We reshaped and grew incentive program to cope with the speed at which the club was growing with community and parent involvement. Sourced new materials and played a major role in sponsored incentive development. Liaised with and prepared reports for company directors of trustees. I had to provide regular monthly reports indicating club budget, enrollment, and next month's planned budget according to curriculum and club goals. Coordinated the upkeep of the company procurement intranet for 4 employees and 256 members. We volunteer our time and energy to plan and implement the foundations services to better our communities where we live. We recruit other volunteers, provide community contacts, and reserve facilities for events. Rural America Initiatives Rapid City, SD RAI is a program designed to help low income families with childcare and facility that serves families and their children from preschool age to 6 week. I enjoyed myself working with the staff as well as the children I supported and followed what was being implemented and what their mission was for families. Douglas School District Box Elder, SD I volunteer in all areas as well as buildings being a mother of three, former educator and who I am as a person I enjoy children and I support and firmly believe in education as well as family community support.
