Hi! My name is Rachael. I am a native English speaking American who is also fluent in Tagalog (language of the Philippines) and has an intermediate level of French and continues to improve. I have a degree in Psychology with an emphasis in child and adolescent development. I have experience in special needs (autistic) children as well as having a medical background as a certified nurse's aide (CNA). I have teaching experience in groups as well as one on one with strengths in Math, Science, Music, and English. The arts are a huge part of my life with 15 years of playing the clarinet, being a self taught piano player, and a drawing enthusiast. It is important to me to be respectful and instill good manners, politeness, and kindness into the children that I care for. I believe in teaching children in a fun and engaging way.
