My childcare style is assertive not permissive and I follow a child-led approach using redirection & explanation rather than traditional discipline. I just moved to Chattanooga from Chicago, IL and I’m looking for something long-term. Building a great relationship with the family over time is the best way I can help your childcare needs. I have been babysitting for family & friends for the past 3 years, and working in a Childcare center as a Student Assistant Teacher in our Infants room since the start of last semester.
