We hired Carmen recently. She is willing to cook and takes excellent care of your home. On the negative note she does not believe in medicine and therefore will not treat your children with requested meds. Also my 7 year old was asked to lie to us about what she allowed (she did not obide by our rules for him) and he has learned a new vocabulary of profanities after staying with her just 2 weeks.

We had set up an interview with Carmen over the phone, and were very excited to meet with her to discuss the care of our boys. We talked for around twenty minuets over the phone discussing her skills, and also arranging for the interview to take place at a specific location, which she assured me several times was the perfect time and place for her. The interview time came and went, but she never showed up. I was sorely disappointed that she didn't show, or at least give us some forewarning. We were waiting for nearly an hour between the time we had showed up early to make sure we were there before her to set up, as well as waiting a bit after hoping she would still show. I called her several times, but there was no answer. She understood the kind of bind we were in for time, and yet she didn't have the courtesy to call to cancel. I would not consider her for a position that needs someone on-time knowing her lack of common courtesy and punctuality.
