***SEEKING TO GIVE A HELPING HAND TO BUSY PARENTS*** Greetings to all parent(s) and families, I would love to use my 20+ years of my own experiences of raising my two daughters to embrace and care for your children and also to meet your required needs. I am an American citizen (born in Vietnam). Some years ago at a tender age of 13, I escaped a war zone country on a shrimp boat; The ocean drifted our boat south ward to one of the uninhabited islands of Malaysia. We were rescued by the Canadian Navy; and they dropped us off at a refugee camp on an island named Bidong Island. After living there for one year, I was allowed to relocate in the USA. I finished my studies and worked full time for an insurance company for 30 years. In addition to my full time job and raising my two Read more children, I also have had many humble opportunities of volunteering and caring for children and young adults with different abilities (ages 4 to 24) for more than 18 years; and thankfully, I also had one chance to volunteer for less than one year at a nursing home/hospice environment assisting and being with the terminally ill to make their last few weeks less lonely, loved, and comforted. I am grateful for these experiences. I find life itself has endless beauties and is very precious and quite meanningful at any moment, joyful as well as unpleasant. I am passionate with life, nature, animals and people from all walks of life. Sports and outdoors activities (walking/jogging) keep myself young at heart and in shape. I also love traveling to see the world when time allows. I speak fluently English, Vietnamese and some French ( I am currently taking French lessons, and I am flexible with my schedules.).
