My name is Merritt Vance, and I am a Junior at Lee University. I started working my first job my sophomore year of highschool as the baby sitter at a gym. On an average, I would have about 10-15 kids (which ranged from 2 months old-5th graders.) on a daily basis. While watching the kids, I had to make sure they were changed, change them if not, clean all toys and electronics and keep them entertained. During my Junior-Senior year, I had worked in retail. I worked as a sales associate at a clothing boutique in my hometown. Always greeting customers, checking them out, answering the phones, making sure enough clothes are put out, steaming clothes, tagging clothes and dealing with new shipments while making sure the place looked nice were some of my tasks. And Now, in my college town I am an employee at Chick-fil-A!
