I have always loved teaching and caring for children. I homeschooled my two sons in their elementary years and they are now college students. I have been an Art Teacher for many years at Firstlight Arts Academy in Brentwood where I am able to watch the creative spirit, which I believe is in every child in some capacity, come alive! I have had many years of experience home sitting large estates and caring for many types of animals including horses. I have found I am at my happiest when I have a consistent, dedicated relationship with a family where we are partnered together in the care of their children. I love the variety and newness of each day that being a nanny brings. I am organized and efficient but not so structured that the children are not free to have fun!
