Hello! My name is Joanie. I currently work full time as a Recreational Therapist, however, I am looking for some extra work as I plan on applying for graduate school and need some extra money. I am Lifeguard Certified and CPR certified! I have 10+ years of babysitting and nanny experience. When I was in college I babysat for children with disabilities (I was a Certified Respite Provider) and I was also a camp counselor for children with disabilities. I worked at a summer camp as a horseback riding instructor in 2014 and for 2015-2016 I worked in inpatient mental health faculties for children as a Recreational Therapist. I currently work in Inpatient Rehabilitation as a Recreational Therapist where I serve patients 14 years and older. I am comfortable caring for children of all abilities and as a Recreational Therapist I am all about having FUN! I am a responsible Read more individual; I have a clean driving record, and I have 2 dogs and a cat of my own so I am super comfortable with pets in the home. I enjoy cooking and cleaning and I would be comfortable with light housework and making meals! As I mentioned before, I do work full time. My hours are typically 7:15 AM until 3:45 PM during the week, so I could be available form 4:15 PM during the week. I am also available on the weekends (more flexible times).
