I have a very strong mind and work ethic. When I decide to do something, I do it with all of my strength and do not give up until I have finished what I have started. I believe very strongly that it is my calling to care for and nurture children. It gives me great joy to see them grow and develop. Outside of work I love the outdoors and enjoy hiking, biking and kayaking. I have an adventurous and lively spirit. I make friends wherever I go and love meeting new people.

Collen watched our 1.5 year old daughter for two evenings while we attending my brother's rehearsal dinner and wedding. Colleen arrived early both days and was very receptive to our directions (being that our daughter has CF). She also kept us posted with updates on how Madeline was doing, when she fell asleep, etc. In the time that Colleen spend playing with Madeline, she was engaged and enthusiastic. Colleen changed diapers, played, and put Madeline back to bed after she woke up crying. This was our first sitter and Collen far exceeded our expectations. Colleen is a warm person who allows everyone to feel comfortable with her. I would HIGHLY recommend Colleen if you would like an experienced, responsible, and high quality sitter. She is worth every extra dollar. We were so pleased and were able to enjoy our time with family because of Colleen.
