Hello! My name is Amanda! I love art, music and having fun! I have experience working in Daycares with Infants to Kindergarten; creating Curriculum based on the individual child's developmental milestone needs, as well as teaching art and painting classes to children ages 6 to 103 (yes my oldest student ever was 103). I love making fun projects, playing outside and going on trips to the park, zoo or any number of great places where we can learn and grow! My favorite part of my job is being able to create memories and keepsakes for parents and family, such as foot prints, pictures, and even ornaments at Christmas time. I would love to work with a family long term and develop a relationship with your little one so I can stimulate them mentally, emotionally and physically. I have experience working with apps, such as ProCare, that allow me to input everything that happens during your baby's day; from feedings, diapering's and even nap time. I also have knowledge of state requirements for childcare workers and uphold those standards while working with children, which include sanitizing areas, proper meal preparation, and safety protocols. I am CPR certified and up to date on all vaccinations including Covid-19 as per state standards, but am willing to wear a mask while working with your loved ones if preferred. I was married in 2019 and we are looking for a house to call our own. We have 1 dog, Lottie, and 4 cats: Charlie, Louis, Queenie and our 3 legged cat Marie. All Rescues! I am looking for a flexible work environment where I can complete tasks, develop connections with a family and still grow my own family in the future. I want to bring to your household a sense of normalcy as I know it can be hard transitioning with a little one.
