I have been a nanny nearly 5 years for a precious little girl that will be heading off to kindergarten this August. I have had the privilege of being part of a loving supportive team dedicated to working together in order to rear a wonderfully caring, empathetic, intelligent and incredibly happy child. I've had years of experience as a nanny and preschool teacher for newborns to teenagers. I have worked in corporate America as well but the work that has truly given me a great sense of pride and satisfying accomplishment has been my work with children. I'm proud to say that I am still in contact with many of my families and I have been invited to share in their accomplishments and milestones over the years. Getting to celebrate college graduations, marriages and births has been a honor like no other I could name. I'm an on the go Read more nanny, spending time at the library, parks, the zoo, museums and any another child appropriate venue. I also love doing art projects and teaching children their basics. My goal is to get them to kindergarten with more than just the basics under their belt. I also think it's important to teach children manners, boundaries and give them clear expectations to prompt strong self-esteem and confidence. I'm also incredibly silly, love to sing and dance. I think a child's deep belly giggles is about one of the BEST sounds in the world! I will be finishing up my current position at the end if August but I do have available hours during the morning to start transitioning into a new position.
