Hello! My name is Audrey Salmon, I am a recent medical graduate from the New York Institute of Technology’s College of Osteopathic Medicine, looking to spend some of my extra time as a caregiver, ahead of continuing my medical training in residency next year. I am offering childcare, elderly care, petcare, as well as household services. I have a safe and spacious vehicle and am comfortable driving to and from appointments, as well as running errands and preparing meals. During my four years of medical school I had extensive training in Pediatrics as well as Emergency care and Geriatrics, so I am prepared to handle any health issue that might arise during the time your children or elderly loved ones are in my care. I am experienced with all ages of children, and grew up in a large family as the second oldest of eight children as my mother’s helper Read more from a young age. I continued to babysit for other families throughout high school and college, and now have a 9 year old son of my own at home. Along with my medical degree, I received my EMT license in 2017. I am CPR certified for children and adults, and am fully vaccinated and boosted against Covid-19. I am perfectly comfortable wearing a mask while in the home if necessary. Prior to attending medical school I received my undergraduate degree in classical music performance (I play the viola), and would love to share my love of music with your children if that is an interest that they have.
