I am a graduate with a Masters Degree in Special Education K-12. I taught 39 years in the field of Education and retired in 2009. Most of my experience was in the early childhood and middle school areas. I feel it is important to have a caring and loving personality working with children as they need to feel the love and support of their caretaker. Communication is so important to enhance a positive and safe environment for all. I have had many years of watching children either with my friends, family and sometimes my 2 sweet grandchildren, ages 5 and 10 months. I love being a "Noni" and being able to laugh, have fun and take such good care of my grandchildren. So, I hope to hear back if interested meeting me and talking more on my life experiences with children.
