Having worked in childcare for 7 years there comes a point early on where you realize “wow, this is so much more than a job”. Having the privilege of being a part of kids lives means so much to me. I like to play outside and listen (and sing) to music with the kids and cultivate little moments to learn along the way. I’ve made it a priority to keep learning the best ways to care for children and it’s so fun to see that pay off. I feel so lucky when I get to spend time with kids because I truly believe they’re the key to making this world better. If I get the chance to show them kindness, the future looks a little brighter for us all.
