As someone who comes from a large family of seven children, I have had the privilege of growing up surrounded by kids. This upbringing has instilled in me a deep understanding and appreciation for the joys and challenges of caring for children. In 2016, my parents made a decision to become foster parents. My experience with the foster community taught me valuable skills in handling children of different ages and personalities. It also taught me the importance of building trust, offering consistency, and providing emotional support to help children thrive. Beyond my family experience, I have worked with children in various capacities such as babysitting for neighbors, churches and children centers. I have been a nanny twice before. Once for a newborn (1m-1y) and toddler (18m-25m). I believe that open communication and collaboration with parents is essential for providing the best care possible.
