I started babysitting when I was 12 years old until I was 18, and then I was a nanny for a newborn until he was 9 months old. I also was a teacher's assistant at a daycare, which was a great experience and I learned a lot from the job. I have some classroom certifications and I'm willing to get CPR and First Aid certified if needed. I started off as a babysitter because I love working with children. My long-term goal is to go back to college and continue pursuing Adolescent Psychology and I would like to do Art Therapy. I also have experience with special needs children. I used to volunteer with a group called the SPARKS. It is an organization that helps children play sports, I volunteered with the cheer group. I believe I'm a great nanny/ babysitter because I have the ability to make a close Read more and trusting relationship with both children and parents, I have a kind and cheerful personality, a good imagination to plan activities, patience, understanding, a sense of humor, energetic, and I'm a very responsible person.
