I am an Early Ed student @ UTA, currently taking a break (bc covid). I have a special interest in child behavior & development. I've been a nanny for 8 yrs working with kids of all ages & I absolutely love it. I've worked with kids who are strong willed or have ADHD, dyslexia, & or behavior/ emotional issues. As a nanny, I am fun & patient, but firm. I abide by your house rules & and am comfortable with positive reinforcement and non-physical discipline. As a nanny, I am independent, proactive, and communicative. When it comes to the kids I like to plan activities around what they like to do. I enjoy to create structured days, while consistently rotating activites to keep things fun and interesting.
