I want to warn everyone that Maria is very unprofessional. Let me just tell you that she has never cared for my children and will never care for my children. I had set up an interview with Maria and she cancelled 15 minutes before the interview was supposed to start and asked me to reschedule. I agreed to reschedule to the following day. Then the interview time came around and she never showed up. She had told me she was on her way so I waited. She never once had the decency to tell me that she was not going to make it to the interview. If I can not rely on her to show up to an interview on time or at all there is no way I can trust her to take care of my two children.
