Hiliary no-showed us for a babysitting day. We even had a facetime to discuss the logistics and help needed 5 days before the date, she seemed really nice, had good experience and was excited to help us out. We were very excited to have her part of our rotation of babysitters when needed. She confirmed she would be there 2 days before. On the day we were expecting us we called and texted multiple times but we never got a response. It was very unprofessional and really threw a wrench in our busy day when we needed a babysitter. I do not recommend Hiliary for reliability purposes.
