Hi there! My name is Michelle Lalley and I have always been drawn towards work with kiddos! I started as early as junior high when I was a babysitter. Then in high school I worked as an after school care provider for elementary school kids and babysat! My love for kiddos remained in college when I continued to babysit and in my senior year of college shifted gears a bit and worked with college freshman and high school kids getting ready for college! What really sets me apart from other sitters/nannies is my background in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). I have worked with children with Autism as a behavioral therapist for 2 years and have extensive background and training in ABA. Not only is ABA a great tool to help children with learning and developmental disabilities but its a great tool to use all around with children starting at an Read more early age, I'm all about positive reinforcement and social praise! While working as an Registered Behavior Therapist (RBT) I also got to grow my leadership skills and work on my creativity as I led different programs like social skill and motor skill activities! I also spent time on a team helping plan and run a circle time, story time, art and centers program within my center. I really enjoy thinking of different things and ways to be creative and fun with my kiddos. I'm quick on my feet and can problem solve in any moment. I love to schedule, and plan but also I am extremely flexible and adaptable to new environments and situations.
