Hi! My name is Shabama Conde and I’m 21 years old. I’ve been babysitting since I was 15 years old. At 17, I joined a company called Moms bestfriend-College Nannies Sitters and tutors, where about a year in, I met a family whom wanted me to nanny permanently. The mom was with child and needed an extra hand with the 4 other children. I was there before the 5th baby was born and after she came home premature. The mother went through a tough pregnancy so left me in charge of the newborn since the minute she walked through the door. I have a load of experience with newborns since I would be with her from 8am to 7pm Monday through Friday. I have the mother as a reference which you can call for any questions regarding me or my childcare experience. I was with them a total of 3 Read more years and was sadly let off due to financial problems in the family. Family still calls me to babysit atleast once a week because children have grown very fond of me. When I start sitting someone that is permanent, I grow a bond with the children so they and parents can be comfortable with me.
