Howdy! My name is Sofi and I am looking for a family that needs my help! I am willing to tutor, nanny, babysit, clean, drive, and anything else! I am a student dually enrolled with ACC and Texas A&M studying Aerospace Engineering. I will be located in Austin full-time! Looking forward to helping out in every way I can! Experience: Last year, I taught Engineering and Technology in afterschool programs to Elementary and Middle School through 4-H Capital. I taught the schools including Widen, Primetime, Wooten, Oak Springs, Ortega, Linder, Pecan Springs, and St. Elmo. We had a blast! I helped kids improve their understanding of STEM by designing and experimenting with fun lessons! I have been an overnight camp counselor at Camp Lonehollow in addition to being a sailing instructor at Glencoe Beach. I have babysat and tutored kids for years before I moved to Austin in 2018. I Read more have also been a counselor for Sun Fun, the JCC, Apache Day Camp, Banner Day Camp, and Tamarak Day Camp. Needless to say, I love kids! More about me: I am a NASA intern! I know math and science very well. I am learning how to code and design through AutoDesk and Python. During Summer 2021 I was the Project Manager for a team ran by NASA to create and design Mars and Lunar rovers. Fall 2021 I will also participate in the NASA L'SPACE Academy.
