We are a mom and daughter team offering a full child care experience in a small group setting in our home. We practice compassionate, nurturing, and loving approach and include age-appropriate activities and play such as sensory play, math, and art. We meet children where they are and encourage every child to be themselves and have fun as they learn and explore the world! Some of the important facts about us: • Approved as Listed Home Childcare provider in the state of Texas (Operation #1785661) • Age group: 6 weeks – 5 years old • Small group - No more than 3 children in care • We will have two caregivers for 3 children • Background checks complete • Pediatric CPR and First Aide trained • Smoke-free and pet-free home • Staff is fully vaccinated against COVID-19 • All children enrolled must be up to date on their vaccinations Our Read more approach to childcare: • Open communication – our aim is to create a healthy communication dynamic with every parent. We are here to listen and work together to ensure your child is comfortable and can thrive. We will also initiate regular and ongoing communication with parents. We offer daily updates and reports so that you know what your child did during the day, what they ate, how they played, if they napped, etc. • Nurturing and compassionate environment - your child will be cared for in a loving and nurturing environment. We have a clean, cheerful, safe, age-appropriate, and comfortable areas for your child to play, learn, nap, eat, and explore. • Respect – we respect your role as the parent and the decisions you make for your child. We will work together on potty training when appropriate, independent feeding, vocabulary, and other developmental milestones that you feel comfortable with. • Clean and safe - we vacuum and mop floors at the end of each day and disinfect all toys daily with non-toxic, organic cleaning products. This is also our home so we care a lot of about hygiene of our space. • Quality Education - we offer the highest quality education and care possible. We meet where your child is and will work together on learning and developing skills. The weekly lessons are developed in alignment with the TEKS Pre-K Guidelines For Curriculum and the Little Texans Big Future Education Guidelines. Our curriculum focuses on gross and fine motor skills, social and emotional development, language and communication development, and cognitive development.
