Hi, I'm Tashana and I've been in Austin, Texas a little over a year now. I moved here from northern Michigan. I am a graduate student with a bachelors degree in economics but as the oldest of 3 children with large age gaps, I love working with kids and kids tend to love me too. I have been a nanny since I was 16 years old for my two younger siblings who were 3 and 1 year old at that time. However, after gaining the experience with my own siblings, other family and community members entrusted their children in my care as well for paid babysitting opportunities. During my 8 months in Michigan before moving to Texas, I was also a full time nanny for a 2 year old girl. Fun fact about me is that I am Jamaican and I love a good book.
