Hi! My name is Ms. Amanda to most. Even my friends and family call me that. I knew I wanted to take care of young children for as long as I can remember. I use to help take care of my 4 younger siblings and help my mom with her in home childcare during the afternoons and summers. As soon as I turned 18 I got a job with Toddlers at a small house turned into a childcare center. That was in October of 1995! I am Facebook friends with a few of my first set of kids. It’s so wonderful seeing them starting to have families of their own. Over the last 28 years I have taught almost exclusively infants and toddlers in different settings. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to carry a baby to term of my own so I have enjoyed helping other families raise their children.
