Hello Everyone! I’m currently a graduate student pursuing a master of education in elementary education at Texas State University. My bachelors is in psychology and my minor is in communication. I I have 3 years of childcare experience ranging from infants as young as 12 months to 13 years old. I also have experience working with children who are on the autism spectrum and have attention deficits such as ADHD/ADD. I used to work at a daycare as a preschool aide, so I can also help kids get ready for preschool/kindergarten if needed! I previously occasionally babysat for date nights for the parents of a 3 and 5 year old for 4 months prior to COVID. I’m very active and have always played sports so I wouldn’t mind taking kids to the park, going on walks or teaching them how to play sports in your backyard. I also used to Read more play in band in the percussion section for 6 years, served as both a drum major and drum captain. I can teach your child some basic music and rhythm knowledge. I can also help your elementary school kids with homework if needed. I used to be an assistant site director for an afterschool program so I am well versed in helping kids with their homework as well as planning out their day with activities and lessons. ☺️ I am CPR/First Aid Certified.
