I was most previously employed by Fort Bend ISD as an Assistant Site Coordinator for their Extended Day program, providing before and after school child care. I supervised up to 30 children at a time and led them in numerous fun group activities. My specialties included reading aloud to the kids during story time and leading invigorating games of Simon Says. My favorite part of working with my students was getting them excited to learn about everything, from the way our digestion system works to the types of animals that live in other countries. I worked with children in grades K-5th but have experience taking care of younger children as well. I started taking care of children first as a baby sitter and then by volunteering in my church's daycare where I worked with toddlers. I am cat friendly as well as low energy dog friendly. I have my own transportation and am willing and able to prepare meals for your child.
